Parking:

Sydney Adventist Hospital

When driving into the SAN Hospital please park in the P1 ORANGE CARPARK.  Go to Level 2 and walk across drop off zone following signs to the Clark Tower straight from the carpark and enter the San Integrated Cancer Centre.  We are located opposite the reception desk in Suite 220.

Northern Beaches Hospital

Entry by car is from Frenchs Forest Road. You can access Frenchs Forest Road from Warringah Road, Wakehurst Parkway or Forest Way.

Paid parking is available in the hospital car park. The best entrance to the car park is via Warringah Road. Please use this entrance where ever possible.

Patient and visitor parking is located on ground level up to level 6. Spaces opposite the lifts on every level are allocated for disabled parking.

Bus:

Sydney Adventist Hospital

Two bus services operate on a regular basis to and from Sydney Adventist Hospital. Both services are operated by Transdev NSW. One travels from Turramurra Station on the North Shore Line and the other from Hornsby and Thornleigh Stations on the Northern Line. Route 573: Turramurra – Fox Valley – Turramurra. Route 589: Hornsby – Thornleigh – Sydney Adventist Hospital (SanLink)

Northern Beaches Hospital

Public Buses

Bus routes 136, 141, 169, 193 and 280 stop out the front of the Hospital on Frenchs Forest Road. Services from these stops run East to Dee Why, Warringah Mall and Manly and West to Chatswood, Belrose and the City. The 155 now travels from Bayview to Northern Beaches Hospital also.

More bus options are available on Warringah Road, Wakehurst Parkway and at Forest Way. It is approximately a 10 minute / 750 metre walk to buses at Forest Way.

Train:

Sydney Adventist Hospital

Both the North Shore Line and Northern Line via Strathfield connect with buses travelling to Sydney Adventist Hospital. North Shore Line use Turramurra Station. Northern Line use Thornleigh Station or Hornsby Station.

Northern Beaches Hospital

Regular bus services connect to Chatswood Metro Station.

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

Referral Letter. Bring the referral letter that has being provided to you by your general practitioner or other doctor.

Please bring reports of any ultrasound, CT scan, MRI scan and X-rays that have been performed

Please bring reports of all pathology tests including blood tests and urine tests that have been performed.

Medicare, Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) or Pension Cards.

Private hospital insurance details.

List of current medications that you may be taking.

If you need to cancel an appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day’s notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
